In commemoration of 1-Host's 15th anniversary, let's hear from our past couple Chubin and Carly who had an unforgettable wedding day at 1-Atico.

What did you love most about the venue and what was your most unforgettable memory from your wedding day?
"Our most unforgettable memory was dancing down the aisle during the march-in, when Chubin surprised Carly with his hidden dancing skills. After dining at 1-Atico, with its sky-high ceiling and panoramic view of the city skyline, we instantly knew that this was our dream wedding venue - so much so that we enquired on available dates even before the proposal!"

Was there a specific aspect of the venue that made it perfect for your special day?
"We were pretty chill about decor and design, giving the events team, florist and patissier creative license. We were impressed by the beautiful flower arch and gorgeous table setting which made for some great photos! Our march-in was the first time we’d ever seen our wedding cake, and the simple but elegant design paired beautifully with the floral backdrop, taking our breaths away."

As part of 1-Host 15th anniversary celebration, we spoke with Geok Fang and Eugene, who hosted their wedding at Monti. We asked them what their favorite dish or menu item was and why they chose Monti as their wedding venue.

Geok Fang and Eugene: "I love the Western serving style where each individual course is served during the wedding. However, my ice cream melted after taking photos with all the guests. The staff were very nice and gave me a new plate of dessert after the wedding so that I could enjoy it at my own pace! We chose Monti because we don't like the idea of a ‘traditional wedding’ held at a hotel with round tables. We prefer the Western style with long tables, which is more unique in Singapore. We didn't want to be the norm. Additionally, Monti provides a relaxed and happy atmosphere compared to a hotel, which can be too formal. We love that Monti is right by the bay with great views! The tall ceiling and large glass panels make the photos look great with the views."

In honour of 1-Host's 15th anniversary, we asked Pamela and Mitchell, who celebrated their wedding at MONTI, what they loved most about the venue and their favourite dish served on their special day.

What we loved most about the venue is that it truly "felt" like singapore. We have been to many banquet weddings, and they are of course beautiful but they could be anywhere in the world. At Monti we could show our international guests (which was about 50% of our guest list) how beautiful the Singapore skyline was, looking out over the Singapore River.
Our favourite food at the wedding was the beef tartare, words can't describe how good it was! It felt truly luxurious!

In celebration of 1-Host's 15th anniversary, we asked Jess and Kenzo, who held their wedding at Monti, a few questions!

What did you love most about the venue, and what was your favourite dish served at your wedding?
Jess & Kenzo: "We saw other venues, but when we stepped into Monti, we fell in love with how breathtaking the view was and how open the space looked. On the day itself, the sunlight coming through the glass panels illuminated everything really nicely too. The Tuna Panzanella hands down stole the show for us. It was so refreshing and had a perfect balance of sweet and tangy. We both wanted an intimate space that wasn’t your regular hotel ballroom".
