So we tried to make 🇰🇷 Mayak eggs
using coke, spring onions, chilli, 2 different
soy sauces, Lilo Premium Ikan Bilis Powder
corn powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Omitted sweet soy sauce as we don’t
really like it. Instead, we used corn
powder for an extra tinge of natural
fragrance and sweetness.
After marinating overnight, we took out to try.
Some eggs failed ❌ some eggs passed ✅ !
💡 Verdict?
This recipe combine flavors that are
salty, sweet, spicy, and incredibly addictive!
Even better when paired with 🍚. Worth a try! 😉
