We met at a baby playgroup and started talking about our backgrounds: Faiza had been planning weddings for three years while Aarathi ran a floral business and we had been both been in the corporate world before that. We loved hosting parties and entertaining and after having kids ourselves, realized that there wasn't a one stop shop for all party planning needs around. Most providers mainly provid

ed entertainment, and we had to run around and find a source for everything else! A little difficult when you are trying to do a million and one other things too! What most parents needed were little helpers to take care of the little details, and make the party look and feel good for the lil and big 'uns. So - THE PARTY ELVES was born with the aim to be exactly that - your little elves who will help you with the theme, and then co-ordinate everything for you, and provide a host who will help take care of OTHER people's kids while you enjoy the party! We are focused on creative highly detailed and personalized parties without breaking the bank. Today, the company is helmed by Aarathi, with an army of friendly elves working away in the workshop magically conjuring up fantastical themes and experiences for you and your family/friends. Our Story

It’s been almost 7 years - and we thought we would run it for a couple of years and see how we go!

We met at a baby playgroup, and became friends... and as one does with a first child, the first birthday party planning started WAAAAYYYY ahead of time, which when we realised there wasn’t someone who could just pull it all together for us. and so, The Party Elves was born, in a playgym with lots of wailing and crying in the background! Most providers mainly provided entertainment, and we had to run around and find a source for everything else! A little difficult when you are trying to do a million and one other things too! What most parents needed were little helpers to take care of the little details, and make the party look and feel good for the lil and big 'uns. So - THE PARTY ELVES was born with the aim to be exactly that - your little elves working in the background, who will help you realise the dream theme, and then co-ordinate everything for you, and provide a host who will help take care of OTHER people's kids while you enjoy the party! We are focused on creative, detailed and personalized parties. Yes, we cost a bit more than the others, but think of the time we are saving by doing it all for you.

What started as two friends putting our creative efforts together to create a one stop shop for all party planning needs around, we have had the pleasure of being asked to collaborate on birthdays, full moons, launches, activity days, design themed events, restaurant activity days, and we have organised our own public events too!
