You can easily bring your bike box to Hokkaido for cycling, be it an organised guided tour or self bikepacking.

The connection is SEAMLESS between downtown Sapporo & the international New Chitose Airport (CTS).

There is a Designated Bus-stop for airport express coach right next to the junction of Susukino (Sushi Zanmai shop) near all the billboards.
This service runs every 20 minute interval or so and the journey takes just 1hr10min.
(Do cater extra time for queuing during peak hours).

The fare for 1-way is 1300yen & payable upon exist either by Cash or now Credit Cards (visa/mastercard available) as they have upgraded the system, finally!!)

The bus driver also assist you with loading your bike box onto the spacious luggage compartment below.

Once you arrive at the domestic/internatiobal terminal, there is an elevator that takes yoy directly to the departure/arrival lobby.
During the whole process, you do not need to carry your bike boxes up/down any stairs.

It is a FAST, EFFICIENT, & SUPER CONVENIENT way to travel with your bike box.

*** In the future, We hope the relevant authorities will make further improvement with a bike setup area with storage facility for your bike box upon arrival.***

>>> For now, we assist our clients who join our guided tours with transporting their bike boxes to our storage in downtown Susukino for a reasonable fee.

Day2 done safely & well.
While we had some rain towards the end, most part of the day was great & we had a good time in Shikisai no oka & Shirogane.

The roller coaster ride was enjoyable & everyone loves the speciality ramen lunch we planned.

We started the day with a light drizzle which turned into rain.

Regrettably, this time we didnt manage to see the unkai.
But the gondola ride up to 1100m is still a nice experience to walk above the clouds for all of our team members.

Weather turned to our favour after the sumptuous pork curry rice lunch.

The group loaded up some lavender soft serve before heading to our hotel.

Everyone arrived to our end point after a relaxing day filled with mostly downhill & flat route on bike path. A traditional sumptuous soba noodles for lunch completed the journey.

We will be back here again in 2 weeks time for our next private group tour to the same region

Day2 of cycling Hokkaido Cycling (CONFIRMED DEP) done safely in good weather. Thankful once again!

The team has great time at Shikisai no oka, before having lunch at a popular ramen place.
We rode the bike paths along Biei river to our nice onsen hotel for the night with buffet dinner to refill our energies for tomorrow's climb.

Asahidake here we come !

We started the day at 4am, with a nice gondola ride up to 1100m for the pacific unkai viewing.

The group did well to clock in 87km with 650m elevation for a great nature ride on quiet countryside roads as we inched towards the central mountain range of Tokachi

Our 1st All E-bikes tour in Hokkaido!

While we had 1 Ebike rental previously to East Hokkaido Abashiri last Sep, this private group of friends (many whom are made from our Korea Jeju cycling festival last Oct) now all came to Hokkaido together in a private trip with 14 Ebikes + 2 roads TCR.

Good arrival day & we are all set for unkai terrace tomorrow follow by a nice 87km ride to Furano!

As the temperature rises in many destinations we ride, it is timely we swing our operations further up the latitude to the next cooler place (13/15 - 21/23degC).

This week, we will be cycling the northern frontier of Japan in beautiful Hokkaido with a private group of 16pax.

Last Sunday, the ongoing grand tour of Giro d' Italia saw Tadej Pogacar blazing to victory in what is known as the queen stage (Stage 15) Mottolino.
One of the mountain passes of that stage was the punishing climb up to Passo del Mortirolo (1852m) located near Bormio.

Today, Stage 16 & we will see the tour tackling the cima coppi of the race (the title given to the highest point of the tour) at Umbrail pass 2646m the border with Switzerland (it was changed from Passo dello Stelvio 2780m due to risk of snow avalanches).

We are very thrilled as we will be heading there in our Italy Cycling - Stelvio & Dolomites (CONFIRMED DEP) 05-14Sep2024, and cycling up all these famous mountain passes, once again!

Ever since we started offering our Korea cycling tours in Nov2021, it has become one of the most successful events over the past 2.5 years.

The 1st half of this year saw us completed our 7th edition of 4 Rivers Seoul to Busan, & the 4th Jeju cycling festival with JTO (which is the largest turn-out at 39pax till date).

A lady from Australia also completed her solo journey around Jeju with our Self-guided cycling tour in mid-April.

Another all-ladies team going self-guided style (with luggage transfers) next month in June.
We will do our utmost to give them the best support!
