NATURE FITNESS STROLL AT SUNGEI BULOH WETLAND RESERVE

Over 25 Seniors from SASCO Khatib recently embarked on an enriching excursion to Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, guided by Active Radiant Life. The group explored the lush biodiversity of the nature reserve, learning about its unique ecosystems and diverse wildlife.

The seniors enjoyed a relaxing yet educational day, immersed in the beauty of the mangroves, mudflats, and rich birdlife. The outing not only fostered a deeper connection with nature but also provided a refreshing and active experience for the seniors, promoting both physical well-being and mental engagement in a serene environment.

BUMBOAT RIDE DOWN THE SINGAPORE RIVER

Recently, the seniors from CareElderly Golden Ginger Active Aging Centre had the wonderful opportunity to embark on a scenic bumboat ride along the Singapore River. During the journey, they explored both iconic landmarks and hidden gems of the city.

The event was organized jointly by CareElderly Golden Ginger and Active Radiant Life, who were delighted to facilitate this memorable outing for the participants, who all had a great time.

PREMIUM CANVAS BAG PAINTING

The Seniors of St. Andrew's Active Ageing Centre (Care) Bedok North recently participated in an engaging activity where they painted canvas bags which are perfect for everyday use. Each bag serves as a practical accessory whether for shopping, outings, or activities .

It was Active Radiant Life's privilege to host the Seniors and to work with the St Andrew's Active Aging Centres. We thank them for their trust in us.

NATURE FITNESS STROLL AT BOTANIC GARDENS AND THE NATIONAL ORCHID TRAIL

Incredible weather saw Seniors exercising, strolling and exploring Botanic and National Orchid Gardens, led by our very own fitness coach, Ben Anwalin. The Seniors had the opportunity to visit the VIP Orchid Gardens and the Cool House, and working with our partners Yakult, were each given a bottle for their health and enjoyment.

NOSTALGIC TIONG BAHRU HERITAGE STROLL AND HAWKER HAVEN

Whether they have been to Tiong Bahru in their lifetime, Seniors from CareElderly were given an opportunity to visit the historical sites along the Tiong Bahru Heritage Trail.

It was good exercise from the Seniors which ended with complimentary coffee and tea at Tiong Bahru market. Thank you CareElderly@Circuit (Active Aging Centre) and their Seniors for giving us the opportunity to plan and organise this event for you.

PARK STROLL AT FORT CANNING PARK

Active Radiant Life had the privilege of bringing the seniors from Anglican Senior Centre Jurong West on an experience that combined exercise with history. After their workout, they enjoyed a guided tour of the Fort Canning Heritage Gallery, where they discovered the integral role Fort Canning has played in Singapore's history.

We would encourage all, including our Seniors, to set aside the time to visit Fort Canning to appreciate its rich heritage.

It was great having Mdm Tong with us. Together with the rest of the Seniors from St Andrew's Dover Active Aging Centre, Seniors had an opportunity to use their fingers in the Clay Craft Workshop jointly organised with Active Radiant Life.

We wish Mdm Tong many years of being an active Senior at way past 90.

🌸🍵 Our seniors had a fantastic time at our quarterly Japanese Traditional Tea Ceremony and Appreciation Workshop! They enjoyed sipping delicious tea and handmade Japanese candies, participated in a hands-on tea-making experience, learning about the graceful art of the tea ceremony. Notwithstanding the rain, the Seniors of SASCO@Khatib were treated to an excellent time at Gardens by the Bay, the Flower Dome and the Impressions of Monet exhibition. It was good fellowship with the Seniors, giving them an opportunity to exercise and appreciate the arts at the same time. 👍
