For our final photoshoot session, we dressed up in a Safari Eventurer ensemble, symbolising our journey and adventure in the event industry over the past few years.

Our last night together ended with a bang!
We began the day rafting through the wild, bonding over nature and shared adventures. Back at the villa, we enjoyed games, celebrated quarterly birthdays, and gathered for a company-wide review and vision speech.
The night concluded with fireworks, filling us with excitement for whatโs next!

We began with a rejuvenating yoga session, embraced the local culture with Lombok costumes and traditional snacks, and concluded with sunset watching and a hearty dinner together.
Our team is definitely getting closer as we mingle and share these memorable experiences!

Transporting a touch of Japanese tradition to our celebration, we conducted a Sake Barrel Ceremony.
In Japan, this ancient ritual, known as 'Kagami-biraki,' involves breaking open the lid of a sake barrel to symbolize health and well-being during special occasions and new beginnings. The ceremony, where the round-shaped lid, or 'kagami,' is opened, also signifies an opening to harmony and good fortune.
It was a symbolic gesture, wishing everyone present prosperity and unity as we marked our special occasion. ๐ถ๐

We selected The Secret Haven for its lively stained-glass windows, and with our vibrant theme, it became the perfect venue, setting the stage for a celebration as colourful as our years together.
As the guests arrived, they wrote their wishes on colourful Jenga pieces, a creative nod to the future of TFD.
As a token of appreciation, we gifted each attendee with colorful gratitude journals housed in an iridescent box, symbolizing the kaleidoscope of memories we've created together, and sharing our gratitude to each and every one of them.

So what we did was to create a card and when their guests scanned it, the design comes to life! Our team made use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology along with motion graphic design.
