The pursuit of ISO certification has allowed our team to meticulously address operational gaps, reaffirming our commitment to prioritising the well-being of our clients. We stand by our dedication to upholding the highest standards in food safety.
An enriching session at our central kitchen with a group of polytechnic and adult educators. Siang Teo our Culinary Director, shared the highs and lows of his entrepreneurial journey, along with insights into coaching and mentoring new chefs.
Participants summed up their learnings with 'Joy' and 'Sincerity,' recognising Chef Siang's passion for his craft and sincerity in passing on knowledge to the next generation. Saluting these educators for their giving role and hoping they apply these learnings in their careers!
The Farm-To-Table Recognition Program is developed to encourage the adoption of sustainable practices which includes the use of locally farmed in the menus of HoReCa businesses.
