An enriching session at our central kitchen with a group of polytechnic and adult educators. Siang Teo our Culinary Director, shared the highs and lows of his entrepreneurial journey, along with insights into coaching and mentoring new chefs.

Participants summed up their learnings with 'Joy' and 'Sincerity,' recognising Chef Siang's passion for his craft and sincerity in passing on knowledge to the next generation. Saluting these educators for their giving role and hoping they apply these learnings in their careers!

Like finely crafted cuisine, memorable moments are created with a great deal of passion.

It was with this enthusiasm that we put together a 4-course Western dinner for 500 guests, against the backdrop of the iconic Gardens by the Bay.

Planned by our dedicated kitchen team, the dishes were crafted with sustainability in mind, and made with locally sourced ingredients.

Our experienced operation and service teams were also quick to anticipate and respond to challenges, so every guest walked away with only the best dining experience.
