Hard day at the office. The Z boys are not satisfied without a podium win. Two top 8s. Let’s get back to training and blaze ⚡️
Hard day for Team Z at the national cadet cup comps. We made 2 top 8s and 3 top 16s while the younger boys did well into the 32s. The biggest win for today despite no medals would be the amazing team Z spirit exhibited. The season has just started and we will persevere. @josephdavinengert @justinoxs

Well done u14 boys at SEAFF! Bronze and Top 8. Aaron and Evan.
Congrats Aaron and Evan for bronze and top 8 in u14 boys at SEAFF in KL! Taile for top 8 in u12 girls. And to all our fencers who participated, fenced up one level, and learnt from this comp as warmup for the season thats about to kick-off! As our fencers steadily progress from u12, u14 to cadet / junior they will build momentum and a strong foundation of passion, performance and purpose. Our goal is to enable them the strongest mental, physical and technical foundation to be strong as national cadet and junior fencers by 16-17 yrs of age. We take the exponential path, which means getting the basics done well and the confidence and love of fencing deeply embedded first. Character first. Results follow after.
All the best to our national ranked fencers as they warm up for the season at the ACC Cadet in KL. Looking brilliantly sharp as a team in our ZF White Fighter Jacket by @zzuma.co Seen here @cleona_cheng @zhengyubin._.28 Brian. Ted not shown here. Fight well and strong. @josephdavinengert
We had an All Z Village kick-off session for the the Z30+1th season of our school. Led by founder Tk Wong Teo Ah Heok we touched on the initiatives going forward - working as a team, going deeper, shaping character, going beyond the target to the bigger picture. All coaches in prep/core/devt/elite /national shared the plans and training emphasis in the year ahead. Cleona and Teng Jun were our MCs. Parents graciously shared food, desserts, drinks and wine for all. The kids were very happy. The national team of our elite programme came back to give their support. Ruth Ng,Uma Berthier (mum of Olympian Amita Berthier) and Paul Robson (dad of Samuel Robson) shared their journey and the emphasis on taking the time, not rushing, listen to your body to avoid injuries, enjoying the journey, giving all with no short cuts, and going together as one team. It was truly an All Z village gathering and effort to inspire us to the next level. Amita fought hard in top 32 and came close at 13-15 fencing to USA. We are inspired by her to keep going. She is inspiring the best in the current and next generation back here in Singapore. SAFRA Toa Payoh SAFRA Team Singapore 🇸🇬 #thebestinspire

We have nurtured Olympians and many national champions. And this is where it all starts! See our little 4-6yr old Zketeers, learning how to focus by working on their fine motor skills, coordinating their footwork to vice principal Coach Esther’s instructions. Sign up for a trial at Singapore’s #1 fencing school for character development of the young. In the largest Olympic inspired facility that helps our children to build confidence, believe in themselves, and learn the character strengths of focus, discipline and determination. #thebestinspire SAFRA Toa Payoh SAFRA #TeamSingapore
Our u12 Elite Fencers under the guidance of Asst Coach, Elite Z Fencer and National Fencer, 🇸🇬SEA Games Medalist Lionel Wee inspires them as one of our very own, just as he had trained since he was a young boy at Z. Grow our own, One for All, and All for Z ⚡️#thebestinspire
Z Elite Fencers 🤺 putting in the focus on good footwork. Olympian or National Champ, it all begins with building a strong foundation in fencing and the ability to focus. They learn not just what it takes to excel in fencing, but also what it takes to succeed in life! #thebestinspire SAFRASAFRA Toa Payoh #teamsingapore #fencingsingapore
