2. How are the wedding cars timed?
- Depending on the numbers of hours taken, timing usually begins from 6.30AM. Surcharge is applicable for timings engaged before 6.30AM.
3. Do we collect the wedding car ourselves?
- NA. We will deliver the wedding car to your studio the day before your wedding for decora
tion with no charges incurred.
4. Do we return the wedding car ourselves?
- NA as they are all chauffeur driven.
5. Is deposit required?
- Yes, a 50% deposit is required for confirmation of your booking.
6. Is petrol inclusive in the package?
- Yes.
7. Is extension of rental hours allowed?
- Yes, with additional charges.
8. What is the payment process?
50% Deposit will be required for confirmation of wedding car. Payment will be made via iBanking to our account. Kindly retain transaction number for verification. Booking confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment is verified.
9. Is smoking & consumption of food/drinks permitted in the vehicle?
- No, we strictly do not allow. A penalty fee of $250 will be charged for vehicle detailing.
10. Are rental car allowed out of Singapore?
- No.
11. Is there a mileage cap?
- Unlimited during rental period.
12. Are there any booking cancellation or change of date penalty?
- Yes, 100% forfeiture of deposit if it is cancel less than 2 weeks from date of rental or no show.
13. Is the cars listed sanitized after every session?
-Yes, all cars after every event will be sent for professional cleaning.
