✨🐝 Successful Conclusion of the 1st European Honey Evaluation in Koper 🐝✨

In December 2024, we proudly hosted the 1st European Honey Evaluation in Koper, bringing together beekeepers and experts from across Europe. 🍯🌍

The event marked a historic step in promoting honey quality, exchanging knowledge, and highlighting the unique Istrian honey, which received European protection this year. 💛

We conducted the first European honey contest!

On September 26th, in collaboration with the Coastal beekeeping society of Koper, the Slovenian Beekeepers' Association held the first European honey evaluation!

We gathered 114 honey samples from 11 different countries.

The top three honeys in each category will be announced on December 7th, 2024, at a professionally and culinary-themed event in Koper.
