All films must be for a maximum of 1 minute. If the film is made in Dutch or any other language other than English, then it must have English subtitles. Films must not be made about porn or have sexual undertones or support any political party or support any fascist or extremist group or show disturbing violence.If you submit a film please make sure you have complete rights of the film and the mus

ic used. Do not used third party music from anywhere unless it is royalty free. At the end in the credit..you must mention the following:

1. Date/Month when the film was made and completed.
2. Producers Name
5. Name of actors/actresses
6. Source of the sound track if used any. We prefer entries that will have a lesson in the end. It is best to upload movies in .mov format and in high definition. Please upload your films only on our page here on facebook and nowhere else. The film with the most number of likes will be declared as the winner. GEFFA reserves the right to removes any entry without explanation if the above guidelines are not followed. By participating in this film festival you choose give complete rights of the film content to GEFFA. The countdown begins today. Start sending in your entries from today. We will not disclose the closure date of the film festival as it will be a "sudden death" declaration.
