What a fun dinner! Had an absolute blast playing with recipes, flavors, and plating these courses. Thanks and for creating the menu.
- beet and whipped ricotta salad with pistachios and a citric balsamic glaze
- local mahi mahi ceviche with sweet potato and grilled avocado
- lobster tail on a parmesan-rosemary polenta cake, surrounded by saffron lobster bisque and bok choy with corn relish
- filet mignon with trumpet mushrooms, roasted broccolini, and potatoes al forno
