We are looking for - Wedding Experience Curator

Youâll be part of shaping destination weddings in Thailand working closely with the founder, the team, and our couples not just to organize, but to create something meaningful, intentional, and true to them.

Harmony Weddings Thailand is a destination wedding planning and design company based in Bangkok, creating unforgettable celebrations across Thailand from Bangkok, Hua Hin and Phuket to Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Phang Ngan, Pattaya, and beyond.
The company offers a full range of services including Full Service Planning & Design, Partial Planning, Elopements, Indian Wedding Planning, and LGBTQ+ Weddings, making it one of the most inclusive and versatile wedding planning companies in Thailand.
What you will do:
- Have initial calls to understand each coupleâs story and wedding vision
- Suggest suitable venues and vendors based on their needs
- Be the main contact between clients, venues, and vendors
- Create and manage timelines, schedules, and overall flow
- Support styling and make sure everything looks cohesive
- Communicate with clients in a warm and clear way throughout the process
- Oversee setup (dÃĐcor, lighting, sound) and manage the wedding day
- Make sure the event runs smoothly and on time
- Make quick, thoughtful decisions while maintaining the overall experience
- Ensure all elements are handled with care, from setup to final wrap
Essential Requirements:

- Thai Nationality
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Communications, Arts, or related fields
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written)
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
Experience & Skills:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer facing roles or service industries
- Experience in event planning, coordination, or project based work is preferred
- Confident using Google Workspace and basic project management tools
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Good attention to detail

Compensation & Working Style:
This is a project-based role. Successful candidates will be compensated per wedding, starting from 30,000THB per project, depending on the scope of work and your experience. For weddings outside of Bangkok, flights, accommodation, and local transportation will be fully covered. Youâll have flexibility in managing your own schedule, as long as timelines are met and responsibilities are fulfilled. Most of the planning process can be done remotely.
