Just thought re re post this important information!
Urgent action is required if you believe an animal has been poisoned. Here is a quick summary of the most common signs:
Limb rigidity
Stiff muscles
Salivation
Twitching and spasms
Violent seizures
Breathing difficulties
Elevated heart rate
High body temperature
Vomiting
If you notice any of these symptoms, ACT FAST!

• While you are waiting for medical assistance or transportation, try to induce vomiting to get the poison out of the animal’s stomach:
Force feed as many raw eggs as possible, at least 6 for a dog (a Hydrogen Peroxide or strong Saline solution also works). A sick dog will not willingly eat, so the best way to do this is to use a large syringe down the throat.
• Once the stomach is empty, or if the animal is refusing to vomit, mix charcoal with water and again use the syringe to force feed. This helps to absorb any poison that has not yet been expelled.
• Finally, get the animal to a vet as soon as possible. Some poisons can kill a dog within 30-60 mins so it is imperative to take immediate action.
Although we hope you never have to use it, we recommend keeping an easily-accessible poison kit in your home for emergencies - you can find all the components at your local pharmacy (see image).
Poisonings are becoming less common, but they do still happen.
