We are ending this great 2023 with plenty of positive thoughts and counting our great moments! Tenacity, dedication and love for food made all of this possible!!! Saturday November 18th we had a remarkable experience delivering happiness to all the children, during the Saturday Programme Class at the มูลนิธิสถาบันแสงสว่าง Sataban Saengsawang Foundation. A simple donation made this day special. Big thanks to all the people involved. Buonissimo Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria Buonissimo Catering and teachers and mostly our little children. They shaped our pizza dough and prepared a good pizza. We enjoyed every little moment of it.
and as in Thai language they say Tam dee Dai Dee.

This is hurting our feelings and our palate. But we share because it is a lesson for people who believe that cooking comes easy!!! What you may think it is a great recipe it is indeed a disaster when you are not using authentic ingredients without knowledge about culture and traditions. Fortunately our chefs 👨‍🍳 are not like this!!!!
