Entry Scheme into Thailand through TEST AND GO (Revised measures effective from 1st March 2022) ✈️

📌 ELIGIBILITY
- Fully vaccinated (at least 14 days prior to departure)
- Travelers from all countries/territories

📌 REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. Passport
2. Certificate of Vaccination
- Aged 12-17 may be vaccinated with only 1 dose of vaccination
- Unvaccinated children aged under 18 must register and travel with their parent or legal guardian
3. Paid SHA Extra+ / AQ Hotel booking confirmation for 1 day including the fee for 1 RT-PCR test, 1 ATK self-test kit and airport transfer
4. Insurance with minimum coverage of 20,000 USD for medical expenses
- Not required for Thai nationals or foreign nationals who have Thai social security / confirmation letters from employer in Thailand

📌 STEPS
1. Register on Thailand Pass at https://tp.consular.go.th/
*Processing time is 3-7 days
2. Prior to departure, obtain RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours before departure
3. Upon arrival in Thailand, pass through designated checkpoints before proceeding to your hotel via a sealed-route (airport transfer arranged by hotel)
4. Undergo a RT-PCR test and wait for test result at your hotel
5. Take ATK self-test on Day 5-6 and report the test result as instructed by the Ministry of Public Health

We are happy to tell you that 'TEST and GO’ entry will be resumed from February 1st, 2022. You may have to stay at SHA+ for the first night upon arrival for some test done and then will do again a second test on the 5th day at SHA+ place. (This can be different SHA+ from your first night but must be SHA+ place for the second test as well.)
To those who have been booked the rooms at Sandy Bay please check on the site that you have been registered with for more detail. But, for those who have been waiting for this decision from the government now you can go ahead register your entry.

Since Thailand reopened the country, many foreign visitors have been applying for permission to visit through "Thailand Pass." However, there is some misinformation about the URL of the website for applying with this system.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has provided a registration website for Thailand Pass through only one URL, which is https://tp.consular.go.th/

Other URLs are not official websites and could be scams. Therefore, the public is warned to beware of false information and register through only the official website.

You'll receive a nasal swab test and wait for the result at SHA+ on the day of your arrival.

So, SHA+ for one night is required but you do not need to stay overnight if your test come back negative and early, you are free to go to your resort destination if you want to.

According to the announcement to reopen the country, a "Thailand Pass" system will be adopted to replace the majority of the Certificates of Entry (COE) after the reopening of the country to travelers from low-risk countries on 1 November.
