At Big B's we only use chicken breast for our pastelles. All meats are cooked strictly in separate pots and use separate utensils.All pastelles contain raisins, olives and fresh seasoning.

Our Sorrel is prepared using fresh Sorrel no dried packaged Sorrel.

We use only Nestlé milk for our ponche de creme no substitute. And our blenders are strictly for ponche de creme only.

We don't use preservatives in our Pepper sauce, Garlic sauce or BBQ Sauces.

All orders must be 2 weeks in advance and a 50% down-payment must be made.Once Order has been made no refunds.

Delivery $35 - $50 depending on area. Public places only...
