🎉 Fun Facts About Me 🍽

Not a fan of books 📚 in school – I was all about hands-on work from day one! 🍳

My love for cooking sparked in Form 3 after taking Food & Nutrition classes, thanks to watching my mom whip up amazing dishes at home 🍞🍲.

Left school to pursue culinary studies at the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute 🎓 while balancing evening classes with a job at Kimbers Bakery 🥖.

Had my first taste of the pro kitchen life at Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre, and after 8 years, I’d mastered everything from à la carte to buffet 🍽.

COVID wasn’t a setback for me! I used the time to fully register my food business and started catering plus grab-and-go meals at 24/7 gas stations 🚗.

Working at Boomerang Catering gave me the push to pursue my dream of opening my own café while still catering to private events 🚀🎉.

After a short stint at Runway Hotel, I decided it was time to take the leap – and now, my first location is officially open with many more to come! 🏢👨‍🍳

I’ve gone from cooking for small groups to serving large crowds, and I’m just getting started!
