Dear Blue Band TT whatever was done to the margarine has completely changed the texture of my cakes. After many years of using your brand I must now look for an alternative.

Luckily I was stocked up on the previous formula so my customers were satisfied with their Christmas orders but once my stocks were finished my personal cake suffered. Now I'm out and forced to search for the old stock until I find something new that works.

It's a no for me.

2021 was filled with it's ups and downs but we are grateful for it all! Thank you for your support every step of the way! 🤗 God blessed us then and continues to bless us now.🙌 There are many who didn't make it through last year and to those who experienced some type of loss, you are in our prayers.

We are pleased to celebrate a new year with you and announce that we're back in business! Here's to 2022 and all that is has in store for us!🎉

We know, we know, we've missed two Fridays in a row, cut us some slack :D

Since Friday is Christmas day and we're nearing the end of the year, here's the last FAQ in this series.

Ever so often, customers ask if they can have a sample of something they've never purchased from us. We understand that bad experiences in the past and fear of not liking something new are behind these requests and that's fair. However, because we do not stock up on prepared items, have a storefront and do things by order, offering samples upon request is not something that is practical.

If you're lucky, we may have leftovers from the day's orders that we're always willing to share. We hope that the message reaches you well and are always extra grateful when new customers take a chance with us. We always aim to please your tastebuds!

1. Prices of cakes are without frosting. Frosting is an additional $15.
2. All Christmas orders must be placed by Saturday 5th December 2020.
3. Final day for delivery and pick-up is Tuesday 22nd December 2020 at 6pm.
4. Delivery within the Chaguanas area is $25 ($10 to Price/Extra/Heartland Plaza). Other locations can be facilitated for large orders - inquire within.
5. We will be closed for the following periods:
* 23rd - 29th December 2020
* 1st - 10th January 2021
6. Special requests for items not listed here or on our page can be discussed via telephone.

Often times, customers ask if we have extras or items frozen so they can have it at the last minute. While this may be convenient for you in these moments, it is not something we do.

We have many reasons for this:
1. We aim to provide the best taste and quality to our customers. When your order has been made on the day of collection, or even the day before, it ensures that you get the most shelf life and experience the best taste.
2. We do not have a storefront. We cater therefore, everything is made upon order to prevent wastage.

Even our frozen items, depending on the size of the order, are made within days of collection and only to fulfill confirmed orders during that space of time.
