FREE six week yoga class for youth ✨

Cultivating the wellness and spiritual connection of the next generation.

I look forward to supporting new and growing young yogis!

We’re thrilled to announce a free six-week yoga class designed just for youths. In this class kids can find inner calm, balance, and strength, while learning to respect each other and themselves.

In these sessions youths will learn how to reduce stress, boost focus, and connect with themselves on a deeper level—all while moving, breathing, and having fun! 🌞 Whether they are completely new or have some experience, everyone is welcome.

Bring a friend, bring an open mind, and let's start this journey together! 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

This class hosted by the non-profit Blue Star Trinidad and Tobago dedicated to holistic development and transformation.

I am very happy to be able to serve the community in this way, facilitating the yoga class and cultivating a higher consciousness in the younger generations. When I was a child, teen and young person I was very much shaped by yoga classes held at the Blue Star.
