It was a fun CLAYDAY at DeeArt Creative, someone orded a nice Jungle Safari cake topper set but wanted it to be made with the DeeArtCPClay as they wanted it as a Keepsake.... this is my NON-EDIBLE version of fondant. Many ppl don't know I do this. I discovered the depth of my ability to do this during the pandemic. It was what kept my business alive in that very rough and trying time when there were no events, no contact, so face painting was impossible.(more pics of other creations in video) When I realized bakers were still allowed, I brainstormed and figured out a way, I opened a cake topper service selling my creations to Cakers through out Trinidad from Sangre Grande to POS.... I made cardstock cutout toppers, printed cutout, edible images, fondant, and a clay version was my mastermind. Interest for it grew beyond my imagination..... I make my clay and now have a few versions of it as I continue to experiment and test and do different things with it. It must have the ability to hold details other features are; its lightweight, air dries, it can be easily pre coloured. It can be painted without priming, and all ingredients are non-toxic 🥰. I discovered my clay can be sculpted to make earrings, themed decorations, cosplay pieces, and I actually used some on a carnival costume I helped work on in 2024... I use it to sculpt in 3D, characters, animals, and people. It's moldable and can also be used with cookie cutters. Im now testing for my sfx, sculpting mold masters for latex prosthetics.... this will be epic.... can't wait to see how this unfolds....
