If you have something in mind and it is not available in our collection, we may try to locate it for you, or your item/s maybe personally crafted for you, as our suppliers are able to produce any mold. All items take approximately four to six (4-6) weeks to be delivered. When making orders you can send an inbox message on FB or email us at [email protected], indicating the album name and item code (for rings your finger has to be measured), from there further arrangements will be made. A non-refundable downpayment of 60% is required upon ordering, the balance will be paid upon receiving your item. We also do layaway plans for persons interested. We offer a thirty (30) day warranty on solid gold, silver and diamond jewelry, providing the problem is a manufactures defect and not the misuse of the item.
