Our school, DanceSport T&T, was established in 2006 by its principal and main instructor Kurt Joseph. DanceSport T&T specializes in a variety of dances but is particularly known for its love of Bachata and Salsa. Our motto is to "Enjoy Life Through Dance"

Our school's instructor is very experienced; Kurt Joseph has danced with Walter Diaz (one of the pioneers in Latin Dance in Trinidad) since the

1990's. Our student membership exceeds 200 and students/dancers ages range from 7 to 70 years. Our classes are know for its warm, friendly and fun atmosphere making it both relaxing and conducive to learning. Kurt Joseph is the school's main instructor and he leads classes throughout the country in the East, West, Central and South regions. Over the past three years, Dancesport TnT has established itself as the Mecca of Bachata in Trinidad, but has also been recognized as one of the key promoters of the Latin Dance forms, hosting Salsa Slam in 2009 and Bachata Fever in 2010. We offer the opportunity to everyone to learn all the popular styles of Latin Dance in a safe, comfortable and friendly family environment at a pace that they are comfortable with despite the dance level. Our teaching methods emphasise the use of positive reinforcement as a means of encouraging our students to learn the art of dance confidently while having fun every step along the way.
