A client just made me realize something... We built Latitude to be something more than a flower shop we created a movement, one that grew to demand high quality flowers, high standards of service all at fair prices. I do sincerely hope that our efforts were not in vain and that all of our clients continue to demand these things not only from Magical Expressions but from any company that they spend their hard earned money with. Ladies and gentlemen, friends and followers, today is officially the last day that this page will be active all of you that have grown accustomed to receiving updates, interesting articles and amazing offers on fresh flowers will now have to follow Magical Expressions page. It has been a blast and truly an honour in getting to know you all and not only supplying flowers but supplying all the smiles that we have seen over the past 7 years. One behalf of the entire family of Latitude 0 we want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts... The name has now changed, the location has now changed and there are some new faces; but the high levels of service, the high quality of flowers at even lower prices are still available. Hi Friends, We understand that we have had some challenges, but we are now happy to report that they are well on their way to being sorted out. In our continued efforts to make the transition seamless...Genny is now fully on board and based at Penco. She can be contacted on 868.222.8416 or [email protected]. This way all of you that have dealt with her in the past, can continue to feel at ease that your fresh floral needs will be taken care of as they always have been.
Apart from this we are also pleased to announce that Randell, the backbone of our Quality Control at Picton Street is also in Penco and his focus continues to be making sure that the flowers are cared for after they arrive, so that there are no lapses in the floral maintenance between the farms and you the client.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to Valentines day.
At Latitude 0 Flowers, we always took pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, after the merger we did not meet ours and more importantly YOUR expectations. Upon thorough review of the situation, we narrowed the cause to lack of adequate planning and lack of communication between the stakeholders of this new venture.
As a testament to our strive for perfection, we have taken steps to ensure that this will never happen again by creating more training sessions and installing new standards regarding the running of the merged companies. I will be coming to Trinidad for 1 week in the near future to personally oversee this.
We deeply valued your relationship with Latitude 0 Flowers and are further committed to proving that under the Magical Expressions umbrella you will continue to receive the quality and high levels of service that you grew to expect.

The Floral Market at 95-97 Picton Street has been moved to 59 Penco Street, Chaguanas and our telephone number is 220-6320.

We have enjoyed doing business with you over the years and appreciate your continued support. We hope you will get acquainted with our new store soon. There is ample parking and the same walk-in chiller where you are free to browse and choose your own flowers.
