This is the well spring from which The Cascade Festival Ballet dance company emerges. Classes are based on the training of classical ballet, being to us, the foundation of all dance forms. This school aims to give children, from four years of age, a good firm grounding in classical dance with the guidance of the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus. Annually, the school prepares students for external e

xaminations, optional to those wishing to have an unbiased professional evaluation of their work. The permanent staff comprises of teachers dedicated to inspire the joy of dancing and to project the discipline and challenge of ballet classes to the present students and those to come.

Rest in Peace, Mrs. Eve Bentley🕊

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Mrs. Evelyn Bentley, one of the co-founders of the Bentley Potter School of Dance.
Mrs. Bentley was a gifted teacher and mentor and her passion for the art of dance touched the lives of countless students over the years. Her legacy will live on in the grace, discipline, poise and confidence she nurtured in every dancer who passed through our doors.

We are forever grateful for her dedication, warmth, and the unwavering standards of excellence she upheld. Her spirit will continue to inspire us, and her memory will forever remain a part of our school’s foundation. She will be greatly missed by all of us here at the Bentley Potter School of Dance.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family, her co-founder and dance partner Mrs. Averil Potter and the rest of her Bentley Potter family.

May she rest in peace and dance among the stars.
