Good bye dear friend Curtis Samlal .

It is with a heavy heart but reminiscent spirit that I extend my deepest condolences to the family, friends, and fans of Mr Curtis Samlal. The news of Curtis's passing has not only shocked me but has caused me a feeling of grief and sadness that the world is now without such an eximinious man.

I first met Curtis professionally, as he worked closely with the Couva North Constituency. His love for his craft, kind-hearted nature, patience determination and accommodating spirit are all things that I truly respected Curtis for. Curtis was never afraid to charter into unfamiliar territory professionally. He was a visionary in his field. His executions were nothing short of magnificent and he exemplified his motto "Our imagination has no limits." Curtis was the epitome of professionalism, a revolutionary artist, humility and unity. His greatness, both professionally and personally, has set the bar high and has challenged all those in his field.

In times like this, where words are few but emotions are in abundance, I am reminded of this famous quote as it encapsulates how many of us feel, "There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contribution, and of unspeakable love."

To Kirk and the entire Curtech Creations family, please accept my sympathy and support during this time. May you be comforted by the fact that Curtis not only lived but has left a positive stamp on the world.

It is with profound sadness that the management and staff of Curtech Creations announce the passing of our beloved Founder and Owner/Manager Mr. Curtis Samlal.
The funeral service for Mr.Samlal will be held on Monday 9th October 2023 at the Southern Academy for Performing Arts (SAPA) at 10:30am.

A Vigil will be held at his Cypress Gardens home today, Saturday 7th October 2023.

Special request: NO BLACK CLOTHING
