All of our items are rented on a 24 hour basis.
In tents, our
•10 feet x 10 feet tent is $150,
•15 x 15 is $250
•20 x 20 is $300 per day.
Using a measuring tape you can measure how wide and long the space is to ensure that you get the correct size tent. Adding 1-2 extra feet on each side for our easy setup of the tents. So a 10 x 10 tent needs at least 11 feet by 11 feet to setup or at least a clear area to set up and then move it to where you would like it.
In tables,
•5 feet tables is $20
•6 feet tables is $25 each, per day.
In chairs,
•Metal/plastic folding is $4 {this is recommended for tiled, terrazzo or smooth ground to avoid falling and chair breaking, however there is still a (common sense) weight limit if using on uneven grounds or grass etc}
•white plastic is $2 each, per day.{should not be used on smooth surfaces as the legs tend to spread apart for medium to heavy persons, chairs can be doubled for more stability}
Also where you are located will depend on the transport fee that has to be added. We are located close to Gulf City Mall so we decided to do free delivery in and around La Romaine.

Please try to call at least three days in advance before your event and place your orders, to ensure that we still have items available as this is a first come, first served, business. Yes we do accommodate same day orders, if we have the items and they haven't been rented out and if we are available (which is the most important, as all members of this family have other things going on in life.) But you will be taking a huge risk if you call last minute.
Many tent,chair and table rental companies are big companies and do not do "small orders". We are a family run business so no job is too small. There have been persons who rented 3 chairs from us because they just needed 3 extra chairs for their dinner they were having.
