Choosing to make healthy lifestyle choices can not only extend your lifespan, it can improve the overall quality of your life.

The Division of Food Security, Natural Resources, the Environment and Sustainable Development and the Home Gardening Initiative is putting a spotlight on health inside and outside of the kitchen on Wednesday (February 28th) with a Health Fair and Aerobics Burnout, themed “Healthy Choices-Fitness, the Garden and You.”

The event is being held at the Shaw Park Food Hub with the Health Fair taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the Aerobics Burnout being held from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
