With a robust academic background, Keston holds a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management, complementing his role with strategic skills in managing projects and fostering integrated management systems. His Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, along with extensive professional experience as an Occupation Safety and Health Officer, underscores his commitment to ensuring safe work environments and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Keston has excelled in roles such as Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee at Lambeau Credit Union, conducting internal audits and overseeing financial policies. His tenure as a Health and Safety Officer for the Tobago House of Assembly further showcases his expertise in risk assessment, hazard control, and incident investigation, pivotal in enhancing workplace safety standards.
Known for his exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, Keston is revered as a team leader who consistently exceeds expectations. His proactive approach to community service and humanitarian efforts reflects his belief in giving back and empowering future generations.
