Hello wrestling fans!

As we grapple through these troubling times, we hope that you all are doing well. Due to the present circumstances, we have been unable to host events this year and had to cancel Rocking The Ring. It saddens us as much as the fans. As the future remains uncertain, we are unsure when our next available show will be.

The recent COVID-19 guidelines by the Ministry of Health has postponed all contact sports so our training programmed has been suspended until further notice. Rest assured, training will resume as soon as restrictions are lifted and contact sports are permitted. For those interested, you can reserve your sport by sending us a message or calling 323-4406 or 372-1637.

We hope that each and every one of your are doing your part to combat COVID-19. We're all in this together. We look forward to entertaining you once more.

Highlights from today's training session with one of the our head trainers, Tony Cervantes, and our newest student Smalls.

Tumbling (Rolls) is a very important aspect of training. It prepares our students for the rigorous nature of pro wrestling but most important teaches them how to protect themselves in the ring,

We then followed with some back bumps which are essential to any pro wrestling match. Finally, we end with a little athletic work for flexbility, balance and core work.
