本園區分一館及二館 一館地址：花蓮縣花蓮市中山路71號 一館開放時間：星期二~星期天 9:00~17:00(周一及國定假日休館) 二館地址：花蓮市福建街460號（炒天下隔壁） 二館開放時間： 週二至週日9:00-17:00(夜間彈性開放 週二至週六18:00-21:00) (周一及國定假日休館)
公 休 日：每週一、元旦1/1、和平紀念日2/28、清明節、端午節、中秋節、國慶日10/10、農曆春節。
