*ೃ༄ Dear friends, recently I got the opportunity to be interviewed by a kind and beautiful Soul, called Lamin. His mission is to showcase people that have been living in Taiwan for a long time and that now calls this Ilha Formosa home.

I am a thousand different person to a thousand different people. Often I see myself in photos and see a thousand different past lives as a woman, a man, an animal, a plant, a rock, a mountain, a creature, an alien… This moment was capture while feeling deeply connected with my surroundings. A moment of perfect peace and harmony. Those eyes take me deep into a past life as a priestess and I see a dark long haired woman with blue eyes who first appeared to me many years ago. Life is just magical and I am in awe…: pure unadulterated awe. There is so much… so much of every thing to take in❤️

My journey with cacao has been a series of remarkable adventures, leading me to explore far and wide in pursuit of the perfect cacao for my ceremonies. Along the way, I've had the privilege of meeting devoted farmers whose passion for this sacred plant is deeply touching. They generously share their stories and wisdom, revealing how cacao has intertwined with their lives. With each encounter, my connection to this medicine, to Mother Gaia, grows deeper, enriching my understanding of cacao in profound ways. I am truly blessed to walk this path! .•°♡°•.What I look forward the most in events, retreats and ceremonies are the deep soulful connections I encounter. The universe almost always brings me a beloved to cross path with during these gatherings. A connection so deep that it is felt instantaneously through a gaze, an embrace, a smile, a touch. Through these sensory experiences I/we are brought back into a lifetime we once existed together in before. In a sacred moment we remember, we feel and we release past karma. There is a deep knowing, understanding and seeing of each other that words can't explain. Our human selves grasp to comprehend that electric erotic connection, but our souls know, it just knows.
Some of these connections are short and sweet, showing me exactly what I need to remember and grow from at that very moment in life. Others become life long connections of love, joy and support, guiding and walking with me during this earthly existence.
With that said, I am so deeply grateful for every single person that I have connected in such ways with. It has been a magical, mystical and cosmic experience, and I am delightfully awaiting for all the other souls I will be meeting with and sharing the AWEsomeness of living in this world! .•°♡°•.

Cacao and the Monochord intertwine seamlessly, each serving as a vessel for unlocking the heart's journey within. Cacao, with its grounding embrace, connects us to the earth, offering safety and rootedness. Meanwhile, the Monochord transports us beyond the confines of our earthly existence, guiding us toward cosmic realms and the vast expanse of the universe. To embark on this sacred journey, guided by the wisdom of Pythagoras and the spirit of IXcacao, fills me with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and blessing!

I remember fondly of my initial experience with walking meditation alongside Teacher Pia, within the warmth of her wooden mountain cabin. Initially, I felt awkward and unsettled as I tried to synchronize my steps with mindfulness. Walking, a cornerstone of human movement, often escapes our conscious attention until we deliberately decelerate, halting to contemplate each motion, each subtle flexion of muscle, ligament, and tendon. I was rediscovering the art of walking, fostering a profound trust in my body's ability to propel me forward without stumbling. Through this practice, I developed a profound connection with my Body, a connection I have since cherished as I continue with this practice.

This ritual of mindful movement is one I deeply enjoy amidst nature's embrace, whether on sandy shore, dirt trails, or green grass. At the Festival, I encountered an arrangement of planks as the sun sets, calling me in to a walking meditation. There, amid the serenade of birds and insects, and the gentle rustle of leaves, each step became an immersion in sensory delight—a communion with the elements that enveloped me in pure, unadulterated bliss.
