An initiative by Chiayi City Government, encouraging talented, learned, and energetic youth to come up with novel wisdom to promote this underrated city as well as to heal city's souls in hard times like COVID-19, our team chooses to promote Chiayi city's culture and tourist hotspots.
Amid this, I happened to lay my eyes at a Japanese era's piece of architecture, Radio Taiwan International (RTI)'s museum, its substation at Minxiong Township, Chiayi County.
There was a warm welcome with a brief visualization of RTI's history. An accompanying guide instructed all visitors visiting the very site. The ambiance was spotless, calm, and cold but her magical voice, which was echoing our eardrums, felt satisfying. At the same moment, this whole picture takes you back into the 20th century and feels you are witnessing in real-time.
Love those Japanese-style wooden structures (houses) as staff dormitories, also fantasized about living there in one of those😁
Kudos to the management staff for keeping everything in shape.
Definitely could be a solid tourist spot, highly recommended.
Bottom line: a first-hand experience🙌
