外婆開發出屬於在地的澎湖伴手禮與及美食。在地發展中，推動在地文化認識及手作體驗旅行，也積極協助新住民、弱勢婦女可以靠著自己努力達到自給自足，提升認同感及歸屬感。

透國食物讓大家更認識文化，近年來極力推廣環境友善耕作，強調以自然農法來進行耕作，產出無毒蔬果，以人工採收、自然曝曬之方式收割，並減少加工程序保存農特產原始風味及營養價值。
