Greetings all!

GOOD TIMES at the 420 Veggie Fest in Taipei.

That being said, I had a GREAT time meeting up with old friends, meeting new people and grooving to the music. The food that I tried was also very good.

As a non-meat eater (and fitness trainer), it was a nice Vibe and refreshing to be with like-minded people.

MISCONCEPTION

You need meat for protein.

No, you don't.

I am living proof.

Want to live healthier? Read on.

The world eats too much meat. It's not natural to consume this much meat and it is fu***ng up eco-systems.

There is no reason to eat meat.

Only those that are misinformed/ignorant/naive, addicted, or like the taste of meat - and don't give a s**t about their health - do so.

Another thing... we all know people who have cancer, diabetes, heart problems. I can name well over 10 people I know here in Taiwan (and a whole bunch of people in the USA).

Some of you know the same people I do. Some of those people with these conditions (if they are still with us) may be reading this right now. Look at their (your) diet and lack of daily exercise.

Why do they (you) have cancer, diabetes and heart problems?

Some may say genetics... and while that does have a part in your plight, those genes were turned on with an un-healthy life-style.

You want to be healthy?

Exercise, get more sleep, lay off the junk food, cut down on your alcohol and stop eating meat. I can help.
