弘道老人福利基金會在2016進駐台中市市長公館，打造一座銀髮共創的就業場域『不老夢想125號』，推廣成為高齡長輩的圓夢場域。
在近兩百坪的戶外空間打造了這個夢想之地，因此誕生了『夢市集』
