三五小戲園為影響‧新劇場進駐台南321巷藝術群聚之駐點空間，在此持續進行「藝樹百穫計畫I、Ⅱ」，運用劇團在劇場、藝術、教育專業與資源，和此地本身文史和環境意義、林相多元植物種類，轉化為環境劇場，並打造兒童青少年藝文生態教育花園與藝文推廣活動基地。嘗試多元展演方式和定期邀請藝術家來訪，為台灣孩子創作故事與展演。
