是由一群熱愛電子音樂的DJ所共同發起成立的台南市藝文活動單位
於2005年創始成立，南市藝文字第0129號
主要訴求以多元型態音樂展演結合傳統文化、建築，風情特色，藝術
主辦、承辦各項音樂活動，以前衛創新的思維注入嶄新多變活動生態
促使在地文化活絡再生。
