重大公告

Hi travelers, 我是Spaceport的創辦人Kyla，今天我有一個遺憾的消息要宣布。

我們做為一個大型群聚活動的主辦方，太空港除了環保綠能和永續發展的核心，一直以來秉持著安全第一為原則在運營活動，今天很悲痛的告訴大家：

對不起，我們要延期了。

自4/3起花蓮7.4級大地震後，接連發生了近1500次餘震，其中還包含4/23的7.2級大地震，以及超過60餘次5級以上的有感地震。

主/協辦單位與相關人員皆高度關注此事，我也強烈要求我們的保險公司替我們找尋保額最高的方案，但很遺憾的，經過不斷的來回協商，5/13我們的保險公司回覆：他們尋遍了海內外的保險公司，只有一家願意承接含地震的意外險，並只願意提供每一個人體傷最高500萬，單一事故最高1500萬的保額：即現場不論多少人受傷或受多重的傷，保單只能賠償1500萬給我們去做後續的賠償。

我們尊重保險公司在這個非常時期的客觀判斷，在過去幾天我們積極與各單位討論、協商、分析風險，希望能夠找出比延期更好的替代方案，很抱歉我們花了一點時間才能發布公告。

我一直非常感恩自己能夠舉辦大型活動，這是基於每一位travelers及工作人員、藝人團隊的信任，這其中也包含信任我們對於安全的掌控，若活動舉辦，我們就該有相對應的責任，但第一我們沒有權利替任何人決定他的安全值多少錢，第二以太空港這樣規模的大型活動來說，萬一發生了任何不幸，我們需要確保我們有足夠的保額和能力去承擔所需要的醫療賠償費用。

我知道太謹慎不一定是正確的，只是身為一個主辦有太多複雜的責任，相比延期活動將面臨的損失，我們更重視每一位travelers的旅程平安。我以最謙卑的誠心懇請各位粉絲理解，相對於專業室內場館的固定舞台，戶外音樂節的舞台是搭建的。

這是我踏入音樂產業後，職涯中最艱難且沈重的決定，可觀眾和工作人員的安全無法妥協，這是主協辦單位和全體藝人團隊所達成的共識。

根據氣象局的資料，餘震將持續3-6個月，我們將盡力維持同樣的陣容延後3-6個月舉辦，團隊正在全力協調藝人檔期，擬定延期日後，將盡快公告活動相關消息。

退票辦法：
所有travelers將獲得100%票面金額退款，已取票者請聯繫您的購票平台獲取退票辦法，未取票者將直接作廢訂單，原路返回至購票帳戶或信用卡，退費時間依購票平台及發卡銀行作業流程而定。

補償方案：
已購票的粉絲只要加入官方Line「」，核對訂票紀錄，就可直接獲得價值新台幣500元的快速通關手環兌換券和價值新台幣500元的酒水兌換券，此補償方案沒有使用期限。

Hi travelers, I'm Kyla, the founder of Spaceport. Today, I have sad news to share.

As the organizer of a large-scale event, Spaceport has always prioritized safety, along with our core mission of sustainability. However, it is with a heavy heart that I must announce:

We have to postpone our event.

Since the 7.4 magnitude earthquake in Hualien on April 3, there have been nearly 1500 aftershocks, including a 7.2 magnitude earthquake on April 23, and over 60 noticeable aftershocks of magnitude 5, the situation has escalated.

We have been closely monitoring this situation and I strongly requested our insurance company to find the highest possible coverage. After continued negotiation, on May 13, they informed us they could only find one insurer, both domestically and internationally, willing to cover earthquake-related accidents, they offered a maximum coverage of NT$5 million per person and NT$15 million per incident. This means that regardless of the number or severity of injuries at the event, the maximum insurance payout would be NT$15 million.

We respect the insurance company's objective judgment during this difficult period. Over the past few days, we have been actively discussing, negotiating, and analyzing risks with various parties, hoping to find a better alternative to postponement. We apologize for the delay in releasing this announcement.

I have always been incredibly grateful to be able to host large-scale events, based on the trust of every traveler, staff and artist team. This trust includes confidence in our safety management. If we were to host the event, we must bear the corresponding responsibilities. But first, we don't have the authority to assign a value to anyone’s safety and well-being, for an event of Spaceport’s scale, in the unfortunate event of an incident, we must ensure we have sufficient coverage and the capability to handle the necessary medical and compensation costs.

I understand being overly cautious might not always be the right approach, but as an organizer, we bear a great deal of responsibility. Compared to the losses we might face due to postponement, we value the safety of each traveler more. I humbly ask for your understanding. Unlike fixed stages in professional indoor venues, outdoor festival stages are temporarily constructed.

This has been the most difficult and heavy decision in my career in the music industry, but the safety of our audience and staff cannot be compromised. This is a consensus reached by the organizers, co-organizers, and all performing artists.

According to the Meteorological Bureau, aftershocks could continue for another 3-6 months. We will do our best to maintain the same lineup and reschedule the event within this period. Our team is working hard to coordinate with the artists and finalize new dates, which will be announced as soon as possible.

Effective immediately, we will cancel all tickets through major ticketing platforms. All travelers will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price. For those who have already collected their tickets, please contact your ticketing platform for refund procedures. For those who have not collected their tickets, your orders will be directly voided and the amount will be refunded to the original purchase account or credit card. The processing time will depend on the procedures of the ticketing platform and the issuing bank.

Compensation plan:
Travelers who have already purchased tickets can join our official Line account "," verify their ticket purchase records, and receive vouchers for a speed-pass wristband worth NT$500 and a drink voucher worth NT$500. This compensation plan has no expiration date.

✨小樂吳思賢✨
全方位藝人小樂吳思賢，同為歌手、演員、品牌創辦人，曾為channel V《模范棒棒堂的》的成員，2015年因拍攝三立華劇《料理高校生》飾演王邁致受到關注。

聲音擁有極高辨識度、創作曲風多元的新生代音樂鬼才李浩瑋 Howard Lee，2021年首張創作專輯《Diamond In The Roogh》在媒體、市場甚至獎項上大獲好評，不僅成績斐然入圍了「第三十二屆金曲獎最佳新人獎」，更是成為新生代音樂創作者中的佼佼者，特別的音樂質感也形塑出他在音樂製作上的獨特品味。

尚未取票者：將直接退款回付款之帳號。信用卡付款者將刷退至原刷卡購票之信用卡，ATM匯款者請提供欲退款之銀行/帳號/戶名/分行，我們將原路退回匯款帳號，確切退款時間依銀行和發卡銀行之作業時間為準。

已取票者：請將退票申請書及票券正本(兩者缺一不可)寄至(臺北市中山區中山北路3段58號3樓之5)，我們將補貼30元的機台取票費用以及寄送郵資，請您將取票費用以及寄送郵資備註在「票面總金額」下方。

Regarding the recent controversy caused by April Fool's Day jokes yesterday, we extend our deepest apologies to travelers who believed that Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign would be visiting the Spaceport and purchased tickets. We approach this situation with utmost humility and sincerity. As of 21:00 on April 1, 2024, we have suspended all ticket sales. The organizers pledge to provide a full refund of 100% to all consumers who purchased Spaceport tickets between April 1, 2024, 18:00 and April 1, 2024, 21:00.

As the organizers of the event, we deeply reflect on all criticisms, feedback, and suggestions stemming from this incident. We earnestly review and commit to improvement, aiming to offer travelers a more refined consumer experience in the future. Once again, we apologize to consumers inconvenienced by this controversy. Should there be any further areas requiring attention, we welcome your feedback and guidance. Thank you.

Below are the steps and regulations regarding ticket refunds:
1.Eligibility for Refunds: Those who purchased tickets between April 1, 2024, 18:00 and 21:00.
2.Contact Official LINE Customer Service: Search for "" (with the @ symbol included).

Refund Methods:
For those who haven't collected their tickets: Refunds will be directly credited to the original payment method. For those who made payments via credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for ticket purchase. For those who made payments via ATM transfer, please provide the bank/account holder's name, account number, branch details for the desired refund. Refunds will be transferred back to the original bank account, and the exact refund time will depend on the processing times of both the bank and the card issuer.
For those who have collected their tickets: Please send the refund application form and the original ticket (both are required) to (3F-5, No. 58, Section 3, Zhongshan North Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City). We will reimburse the machine ticket collection fee of NT$30 and cover postage costs.Please kindly note the ticket collection fee and postage costs under the "Total Amount" section.

台灣新銳饒舌歌手「Hosea」憑藉過人才華，創作短短一年就受到天王周杰倫賞識，關注到每篇IG貼文都按讚，年僅19歲的Hosea 曝光新曲「傀儡搖籃曲」。Hosea 曾與派偉俊合作歌曲『Don’t Wanna Lie』，曝光後還獲得周天王分享。

Taiwan's emerging rap artist "Hosea" has gained recognition for his exceptional talent. Within just a year, he caught the attention of the king of Mandopop, Jay Chou, who regularly likes every post on his Instagram. At the young age of 19, Hosea has unveiled his new track, "Puppet Lullaby" Previously collaborating with Patrick on the song "Don’t Wanna Lie," Hosea received further exposure when it was shared by Jay Chou himself.

Hosea, who has been deeply influenced by art since childhood, released his latest EP single "The Chain Breaker" in 2022.
