我們是國立臺灣師範大學的國際青年服務隊，隸屬於臺師大國際事務處，每年我們都會舉辦全校性的國際文化節活動。去年的文化節很遺憾地停辦了，但我們度過危機，今年幸運地又來跟各位相見歡啦！

本次國際文化節的主題是「春曉—異國文化分享live秀」，春花爛漫的三月天，之前因寒冬(疫情)而進入冬眠的各國神祇們，決定要合作為世界舉辦一場春季嘉年華慶典……

慶典中大家戴著Mask呈現各國特有的嘉年華風情，雖然戴上Mask遮住了大家原始的模樣，但同樣也可以作為呈現大家特色的媒介。透過春季嘉年華慶典，讓世界從寒冷中甦醒、並使曾經停擺的一切各國交流活動再次活絡！

文化節的目的在於讓校內各國交換生、訪問生、學位生以及在MTC學習中文的外籍學生們，透過擺攤販售美食、異國風情的紀念品和舉辦具有文化意涵的活動。讓所有外籍生有一個展示家鄉文化的舞台，同時，台灣學生能夠與師大校園內的外籍生們互動、了解並且學習彼此的文化，是校內十分盛大的活動之一。

距離文化節只剩1天了！大家有沒有很期待呢😄今天要來為各位介紹的是重頭戲-開幕典禮🪄

明天最最最盛大的開幕典禮將在早上9點為文化節揭開序幕✨️在典禮上，會有許多來自各國的嘉賓們來為我們勉勵，同時也將進行開幕儀式喔🎉開幕典禮不僅象徵著師大與外校的友誼，更代表著文化交流的精神！

更重要的是，還會邀請到來自不同國家的同學帶來精彩的表演🤩🤩好期待到時候會是誰喔🥰這邊就先不爆雷啦～

開幕典禮後，國際文化節就正式開始啦！就是明天⚡️⚡️千萬不要錯過囉～

【🌊2023 International Cultural Festival —1️⃣ day Countdown】

Only 1 day left! We believe that everyone is really excited😄 Today we are introducing a tomorrow’s big event -The opening ceremony🪄

The opening ceremony is about to kick off at 8 a.m tomorrow✨️
At the ceremony, we have many honorable guests from different countries, wishing the campaign all the best. We will also invite them to join the Opening event with us🎉The opening ceremony not only represents the friendship between NTNU and other colleges but also the concept of cultural exchange!

Furthermore, there will be wonderful performance given by the students from different countries at the ceremony too🤩🤩Well, we won’t tell you now or it will be a spoiler🥰come here and watch it by yourselves😉

After the opening ceremony, the International Cultural Festival will officially begin! Right tomorrow⚡️⚡️Make sure you don’t miss it~

相信大家和我們一樣都很期待今年的國際文化節！

There are only two days left for the International Cultural Festival~🎉

Without further ado, let’s invite the most beautiful Director of International Youth (IY), Ms. Chelsea, to help us do the countdown! 🤩

Chelsea usually stays at the OIA office and deals with many administrative works. Also, she is the most important leader of IY. Without her assistance, the activities planned by IY can not be held successfully. What’s more, Chelsea is very kind to everyone and she is trustworthy.😍 Every single time when our IY teammates encounter some difficulties or are unable to come up with any great ideas, Chelsea will give us assistance and useful advice that allow us to gain a flash of inspiration to deal with the barriers. 【🌊2023 國際文化節 International Cultural Festival — 倒數 4 天】

萬眾矚目的國際文化節，終於進入開幕倒數的階段啦！
今天來為大家倒數的是我們文化節的四大股別：活動股、美宣股、攤位股，以及公攝股。

活動股：
活動股不僅僅主持精彩的主舞台表演，也負責為文化節設計劇本，與公攝股一起完成精彩的宣傳影片✨✨
今年還特別新增了「文化體驗活動」，讓同學們能親身體驗各國文化，相信我們，你絕對不會想錯過的！🤩

美宣股：
說到國際文化節，就不得不提我們的幕後功臣ー美宣股！活動中到處都可以看見他們的心血結晶，從吸睛的海報、活潑的舞台設計到攤位上精緻的擺設，全是出自他們的巧思喔！

攤位股：
多元文化美食攤以及有趣的臺灣攤，都是我們攤位股精心策畫的活動喔！除了細心規範規章外，也規劃獎勵金、集章活動，讓整體活動更加豐富！每個攤位股的股員都非常熱情友善，更是隨時準備好要協助參與文化節的攤位們。可以說，攤位的大小事，交給他們就對了！

公攝股：
公攝股的工作除了管理粉專、辦理抽獎活動，還有幫各工人拍攝臉書大頭貼跟製作文化節的宣傳影片；而在活動的兩天裡，公攝股也會記錄下大家美好的點點滴滴呦！

【🌊2023 International Cultural Festival — 4 day Countdown】
Finally, 2023 International Cultural Festival, the most anticipated event, is about to begin!
Today, we will introduce the Big 4 of the festival, which are Event Planning Section, Artistic Design Section, Stall Section, and Equipment Section.

Event Planning Section:
In addition to hosting the main stage activities, Event Planning Section is also responsible for writing scripts, filming exciting videos with Equipment Section to promote the Festival.✨✨Besides, this year, we also hold the new-added “Culture Exploration Activity”, so that everyone can experience the cultures of various countries in person. 🤩 Trust us, you don’t want to miss it!

Artistic Design Section:
When it comes to the festival, we must introduce you to our hero behind the event, Artistic Design Section. You can see their brainchild everywhere in this event. From attractive posters, lively designs on the stage, to exquisite decorations on the booths, are all from their ingenuity. 💫💫

Stall Section:
All the booths of the International Cultural Festival are coordinated by Stall Section. Except for drafting the regulations for booths, they also design diverse activities, which color our event! The members of the Stall Group are all friendly and warmhearted. Moreover, they are always ready to assist those who participate in the festival. There is no exaggeration to say they can perfectly handle every affair of booths.

Equipment Section:
The jobs of Equipment Section include managing the fan page, promoting the lucky draw activity, taking profile pictures for all the staff, and filming the campaign video of the International Cultural Festival. On the two days of the event, Equipment Section would also take pictures, keeping the wonderful memory.

【🌊2023國際文化節 International Cultural Festival — 英國文化體驗活動】

今天要向大家介紹的是英國文化體驗活動啦😆！
相信大家一定都有聽過英國的倫敦國王十字車站🚇或是美味的威靈頓牛排🤩，但是你知道英國的特殊文化「酒吧競猜」嗎🤔？如果想進一步了解酒吧競猜到底是什麼特別的活動，就趕快來參加2023國際文化節的文化體驗活動吧😁！

奇怪🤔？什麼是「酒吧競猜」？
「酒吧競猜」🍻是英國在1970年代開創的特殊文化。
「酒吧競猜」🍻是一個在酒館或是酒吧舉辦的常識挑戰賽，參與者組成團隊進行比賽，由一位測驗主持人進行好幾輪的主持🕴️，每一輪結束，會以標記問題的方式為各組打分數。在所有問題都問完之後，得分最高的隊伍便獲勝，並且可以贏得好酒啦🍺！

此外，「酒吧競猜」題目主題包山包海，除了體育、科學、地理、歷史等方面的知識，也有地獄級的冷知識題喔🤯！

【🌊2023 International Cultural Festival – United Kingdom Cultural Exploration Activity】

Today, we are going to introduce the United Kingdom Cultural Exploration Activity!😆

Without a doubt, everyone has heard of the King’s Cross Station and the delicious Beef Wellington in the United Kingdom. But do you know that there is a special culture in the United Kingdom which is called “Pub Quiz” ?🤔 If you want to know more about it, then you must not miss the Culture Exploration Activity in the 2023 International Cultural Festival ! 😁

Hmm… What is “Pub Quiz” ?🤔
“Pub Quiz” is a special culture that was created in the 1970s in the United Kingdom.🍻
“Pub Quiz” often takes place in a pub or bar. People there will enjoy a general knowledge quiz. The attendees will group up as a team and have a competition with other teams. The Quizmaster, the host for the activity, will ask the questions in several rounds. During every round of the game, the Quizmaster will mark the questions and give the score to each team. After all the questions are asked, the team with the most points wins. As for the prize, the winning team usually gets alcohol as a prize ! 🍻

What’s more, there are a wide variety of questions for “Pub Quiz”, including the questions about Physical Education, science, geography, and history. Besides, there might also be some difficult questions about trivia during the game which are waiting for you to solve ! 🤯

【🌊2023 國際文化節 International Cultural Festival — 泰國二攤】

今天要來介紹的是泰國二攤🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
你知道泰國國旗是由紅、白、藍（雙倍寬）、白和紅（位於上下兩邊）的五個長條組成。其中的三種為色分別代表：紅色象徵英雄的民族和國家；白色象徵純潔的宗教；藍色象徵莊嚴的皇室

首先是青芒果沾魚露甜醬！
極酸的青芒果
沾上甜甜的魚露醬
酸酸甜甜的滋味
一試就愛上❤️

緊接的是泰式奶茶
獨特的泰國茶香
搭配溫潤順口的煉乳調味
融合「苦、甜、香」三種味道
的異國風味使人欲罷不能

再來是泰式辣椒醬
由各式泰國香料製成
一般有乾辣椒、紅蔥頭、蒜、炸蒜、芫茜頭、魚露、棕櫚糖
味道豐富帶甜、香而不辣

最後則是泰式傳統甜點啦！
泰國的甜點以其美味口感和精美外觀而聞名

Today we’re going to introduce Thailand booth 2🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
The flag of Thailand consists of five horizontal stripes, with the middle stripe being twice the width of the others. The stripes are red, white, blue, white, and red. The red stripes symbolize the nation and the people's bravery, the white stripe symbolizes the purity of Buddhism, and the blue stripe represents the Thai monarchy's dignity.

First, there is Green Mangoes with Sweet Fish Sauce, made with extremely sour green mangoes and sweet fish sauce.This sweet and salty fish sauce is widely favored for dipping sour fruits. Enjoy with sour mango or other fruits for a unique Thai culinary experience.

Next is the Thai tea. Thai tea is usually known as a Thai drink made from Ceylon tea, milk and sugar, and served hot or cold. It is popular in Southeast Asia and is served in many restaurants that serve Thai food.

There is also the Thai chili sauce, made from a variety of Thai spices such as dried chili, shallots, garlic, fried garlic, parsley, coriander, fish sauce, and palm sugar. It is rich in flavor, sweet, and fragrant but not spicy.

Finally, Thai desserts are famous for their delicious taste and exquisite appearance. Thailand booth will let you try to eat real Thai dessert in Taiwan.

今天出場的是港澳攤！
在台灣的街道上，時常可以見到港式茶餐廳、叉燒飯、葡式蛋撻
如果你很喜歡這些料理🫵🏼
那麼你一定也愛國際文化節的港澳攤在地美食！🤤🤤

在這裡我們有咖哩魚蛋🐟🐟
源自於香港的國民料理！
與一般不同的是，加入椰漿與辛香料的咖哩多了一股辛辣味🥥🔥💥
再配上口感Q彈的魚蛋
真是絕配呢！

在這裡我們也有港澳麵包類🥐🥐

In Taiwan, you can see many Hong Kong-style tea restaurants, barbecued pork rice, and Portuguese-style egg tarts on the street.🍽️

It is a common cuisine originated in Hong Kong!🤤

馬來西亞是個富有多元文化的國度，
這裡不僅有高聳的摩天大樓🏙️充滿熱帶風情的島嶼🌺
還可以體驗亞洲三大文明－馬來、中華和印度文化的精隨
一起來看看熱情的大馬同學們將為我們帶來什麼食物和商品吧～

首先是香噴噴的香蘭椰絲卷 ( Kuih Ketayap )，
包裹著淡綠色的麵皮，裡頭是椰漿熬煮後的椰絲🥥
一口咬下後還會透出淡淡的斑斕香🌿，讓你在嘴裡越嚼越香！

看到那美麗的粉紅色飲料了嗎？🌸🌸
別懷疑，這就是在馬來西亞風行的特色飲品：玫瑰露( Sirap Bandung )

【🌊International Cultural Festival – Malaysia Booth】

Today we are going to introduce the Malaysia booth.
Malaysia is a multicultural country.
There are not only towering skyscrapers and tropical islands, you can also experience the essence of the three major Asian civilizations - Malay, Chinese and Indian cultures.
Let's take a look at what food and products the enthusiastic Malaysian students will bring to us~

The first is Kuih Ketayap,

【🌊2023 國際文化節 International Cultural Festival — 泰國一攤】

今天要來介紹的是泰國一攤🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
泰國前名暹邏，位於中國和印度間中南半島之心臟地帶。舉國上下尊崇佛教。多個世紀以來，一直是東南亞地區宗教、文化和多個民族的匯集地。泰國面積約五十萬平方公里，與法國國土相若。人口約六千餘萬。泰西北與緬甸為鄰，東北接寮國、東連柬埔寨，南部與馬來西亞接壤。
首先是口感滑順的泰式奶茶

Today we’re going to introduce Thailand booth 1🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
Thailand, formerly known as Siam, is located in the heart of the Southeast Asian peninsula, between China and India. Buddhism is widely respected throughout the country. For centuries, Thailand has been a melting pot of religions, cultures, and multiple ethnic groups in the Southeast Asian region. The country covers an area of 513,000 square kilometers and, when looking on a map, resembles the shape on an axe. To the north it borders Myanmar and Laos and to the east Laos and Cambodia. The south is next to the Gulf of Thailand and Malaysia. Westwards is the Andaman sea and Myanmar.

First is Thai tea. The sweet and creamy beverage originated in Thailand. This drink comprises camellia sinensis Ceylon tea, milk, and sugar, served hot or cold.

Next is the Kao Pad Kapow, a national dish of Thailand, which is a type of Thai fried rice made by stir-frying minced pork and chicken with spices such as basil leaves and other aromatic spices. It's so delicious and appetizing.

品牌故事

我們是國立臺灣師範大學的國際青年服務隊，隸屬於臺師大國際事務處，每年我們都會舉辦全校性的國際文化節活動。去年的文化節很遺憾地停辦了，但我們度過危機，今年幸運地又來跟各位相見歡啦！本次國際文化節的主題是「春曉 Let’s Spring it on」，春花爛漫的三月天，之前因寒冬(疫情)而進入冬眠的各國神祇們，決定要合作為世界舉辦一場春季嘉年華慶典…… 慶典中大家戴著Mask呈現各國特有的嘉年華風情，雖然戴上Mask遮住了大家原始的模樣，但同樣也可以作為呈現大家特色的媒介。透過春季嘉年華慶典，讓世界從寒冷中甦醒、並使曾經停擺的一切各國交流活動再次活絡！文化節的目的在於讓校內各國交換生、訪問生、學位生以及在MTC學習中文的外籍學生們，透過擺攤販售美食、異國風情的紀念品和舉辦具有文化意涵的活動。讓所有外籍生有一個展示家鄉文化的舞台，同時，台灣學生能夠與師大校園內的外籍生們互動、了解並且學習彼此的文化，是校內十分盛大的活動之一。
