「囍事情鐵」－2011台東鐵道藝術節，辦理方向將包含開幕活動－鐵道結婚式(婚禮化妝舞會)、視覺藝術展覽－「囍事情鐵」、藝文活動與教育推廣活動－「面面聚道」、主題影展－星空電影院、台東表演團隊大匯演－「民聲在道」等五大方向，透過各式動靜態活動交錯展演，創造台東鐵道藝術節節慶氛圍，邀請全民共享藝術囍事的歡樂盛宴。
