Our final life drawing session of the year at Zero Gravity was truly inspiring. Artists gathered to celebrate our long-awaited male model and his creative poses.

感謝我們的老友再度蒞臨上週的人體速繪所，很高興的一年一度相聚，一如既往的專業的態度以及豐富的姿勢，替大家創造了一個精彩的繪畫時光。

Last Thursday, we momentarily set aside our daily hustle to share a tranquil and creative evening together.
This special moment allowed us to pause and delve deep into exploring the wonders and beauty of the human body. In an environment filled with artistic ambiance, each participant observed intently, attempting to capture the intricacies of the human form.
Everyone interpreted and expressed themselves in their own unique way, resulting in strikingly diverse creations. This variety not only showcased the complexity of the human body but also reflected each individual's distinct artistic perspective and creativity.

下週人體速繪所的主題：

在這個動盪的時代，也許我們可以思考一下所謂的權力帶來給社會的影響?

在遠古時代的母權社會中，權威是自然衍生的，無需仰賴控制他人的的權力架構，這種架構是不穩定且隨時可能被推翻的。母權的特別之處是不需要使用任何暴力就可以達成治理的目的，這樣的出發點是關於愛與不愛，而不是如何去統治？在母權的體制之下，人與人之間的關係則是自然而然地形成平等而無階級的制度，也許更勝強娶奪豪的權力？

The theme for our next week’s Practice of Life Drawing

In these turbulent times, perhaps we can think about the impact of the so-called power on society?

In the ancient matriarchal societies, authority was derived naturally, and there was no need to rely on a power structure that controlled others, a structure that was unstable and could be overthrown at any time. The special feature of matriarchy is that it does not require any violence to achieve the purpose of governance, which is about love or lack of love, not about how to rule. Under a matriarchal system, the relationships between people are naturally equal and classless, perhaps better than seize power by force?

上周五在 Zero Gravity 的瘋狂西洋棋到最後變成了真正的瘋狂西洋棋。

其中一位來參加活動的朋友是來自土耳其的國際象棋大師，有他的加入真的是替我們活動增加了不少光彩，也有幸的觀摩了不少棋局。當然，每一局他都贏得輕而易舉，最後我們還還自不量力的把他的眼睛遮起來跟我們下。

結果就是，在不看棋盤的情況下，他也能輕易的把我們打得落花流水（雖然我們一起集思廣益的發揮團結力量大的精神，也是徒勞無功）。

這場比賽真的是令人印象深刻，也是相當瘋狂的一晚。

Last Friday Chess Madness in Zero Gravity turn into a real Mad Chess session by the end.

One of our participants is a Chess-master from Turkey to join us, we had a lot of fun playing and observing the games. It goes without saying that the Master could easily win with all of us every time around so we tried to give ourselves some handicap and blindfolded the master.

Well, what can I say. It didn’t work at all. Without even looking at the chessboard he smashed us to pieces (even though we all tried to come up with some clever moves together).

Needless to say it was very impressive game and a crazy evening.
