JINSI YA KUPIKA

- Weka pan yako na mafuta ya kupikia kidogo.

- Baada ya kupata moto Weka Sausage zako. Baada ya kuiva Weka pemben.

- Tumia Pan hiyo hiyo na uweke beccon zako na uzisautee pia, baada ya kuiva Weka pembeni.

- Chemsha Mayai yako baada ya kuiva Weka pembeni.

- Baada ya hapo panga kwa sahani yako sausage, beccon, mayai pamoja na tossed bread.

- Unaweza ukanywa na kahawa, chai, au maziwa.

- Mwisho unapaswa kupata na fresh juice ya matunda ambayo inafaa ukajitengenezea mwenyew.

- Hichi ni chakula Cha kwanza mgeni au mteja hupatiwa kabla hajala mlo kamili mfano Supu, canape's au salad n.k

- Mara nyingi sifa ya starter huwa ni chakula kidogo mno ambacho mgeni au mteja hawezi kushiba ni Kam kifungua kinywa au kuchangamsha utumbo kwa maandalizi ya mlo kamili.

2: MAIN COURSE
- Hichi ni chakula ambacho kimekamilika yaan mlo kamili ambacho kina protein, starch n.k.
