My name is Fix and welcome to the Global Movement of

Born under the African skies & now in over 16 regions world wide, our mission is to unite the world through music, movement, connection & nature.

What you can expect is electrifying music, and an explosion of joy as you lose yourself in the rhythm. I will guide you through the journey of letting go, being present and sharing the joy. We use wire-less headsets to take you deeper into the joy wave experience!

Are you feeling a little flat?!!

Join us for the last Secret Sunrise of the Season!

This will be more of an intimate ‘Secret Sunrise’ style set up on the beach that will include Breathwork, Movement & Meditation.

After the session there will be a Bedouin Tent Breakfast for $15 per person. This will be under a beach tent by the ocean, sitting on pillows and mats and will include different pastries, coffee/tea, juice/ smoothies, home made jams/ sauces, eggs and of course our a la carte menu. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available.

If you would like to stay the weekend/night there are special rates for Secret Sunrise Guests. 🌈☀️

The first time I heard about the Inner-Dance Experience was at an Awakening Dance Workshop.

What is the experience?

Although you might be lying down or seated listening to the vibrations of good music you are simultaneously dancing within! Commonly popular with men - here are the benefits;

Shifting perspective within.
Bringing greater awareness to the now.
Understanding that we are so much more than we often believe.

It helps to regulate your nervous system, and moves you into a parasympathetic state.

People often describe this feeling as a state of profound relaxation after an Inner Dance session.

Natalie has practised yoga and pranayama for more then 2 decades, and discovered the incredible healing power of conscious connected Breathwork in 2018. She spends much time travelling between South Africa, Egypt and Zanzibar, and is trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin yoga and Yoga Therapy. She is the co-owner of Trust Yoga and teaches advanced conscious breathing and movement to remind you of your birthright to be liberated and free.
