ECHOES OF RESILIENCE in theatre ....

Over two weeks in partnership with Youth Advocacy Network in Gulu, we excited to be the curator of a dance theatre production. We worked with 12 youths who had been part and also affected directly or indirectly from the past LRA WAR in the greater North.

Together we created a safe space to tell our past stories as well as discussed our moving forward as a community of youths, a space for Individual healings and finding resilient. This has been a journey of sharing emotions, pains acceptance, harmony, joy and victory for how far we have come embrace the fact that mysterious things has happened, as youth we are the potential solutions to our new community.

This piece stands as a pilot of what bigger can be done with youth by the youth.

We are glad to gain and continue practicing a global standards of producing effective dance events, battles and programs that allow practitioners to find their opportunities. Through collaborating with team we have mastered and continuously evolving the Breakdance scene in Northern Uganda.

Come tomorrow and witness what happens when high energetic breakers come together. The winners are getting straight slots to go and explore their opportunities in Kampala at Skillz Dance Festival.

Floor Motion we delighted to continue our grassroots partnership with interest to identify levelled opportunities to work together in helping others achieve their goals. We shall provide technical supports to ensure a safe battle platforms that supports both this organisers and it's participants achieve their goals.

They are showcasing their crafts tailored to create an harmony and peaceful understanding of how dance can be used to boost mental well-being.
