Wedding Tip.

The morning of thr wedding.

1. Have one of your personal attendants or bridesmaids grab coffee and breakfast to bring to your getting ready space right away in the morning!

2. Budget an extra 30 minutes into your hair & makeup schedule just case you get behind on time
Please note; always make sure makeup is done 2hours before set off time for church. You need time to have those shots when Makeup is stilll fresh.

3. Have lunch delivered to your getting ready space before everyone gets dressed, otherwise it will be at least 6
to 7 hours until you will get to eat next!

4. Have a box of your intimate wedding details (i.e. jewelry, perfume, wedding invite) ready for your photographer in your getting ready space so they can snag those detail shots

5. Give your photographer a good vibes. Just be a nice human being.

This is to say, Lillian’s girls were a vibe.

I think to enjoy your wedding photo session you have to be sure you book a photographer that you are comfortable with!!

Choosing any vendor for your big day is a hard decision. Maybe I'm biased, but I truly believe that the most important vendor you should consider is your photographer!
We are with you your ENTIRE DAY. Not only that - but we are hanging out with your closest friends and family all day, we're with you during the most intimate moments ot your day, you look to us when something goes wrong.
We help you plan your timeline, we fix your makeup after emotional moments, we are not only with you the entire day we get to experience your entire wedding day with you, up close and sure personal!
Make sure you choose someone that you click with!

Someone whose personality meshes well with yours someone your family and wedding party will feel comfortable with, someone that you trust!

Today I would like to tell you about something.

•Creating a wedding timeline.

Sometime last year we made a video and talked about how most wedding days break down.

When it comes to creating a wedding timeline, we want to plug in all of the events into the actual timing of your big day.

A wedding timeline will help you (as the future bride & groom) to visualize the flow of your big day. The wedding timeline will also help your photographer know how long they have for certain shots, and help them figure out where they need to be (and at what time).

While you may start working on this by yourself, we also recommend asking your wedding photographer for help and advice. As a part of our wedding photography business, we actually pride ourselves in helping our couples get all of this sorted out because we know how valuable it is.(You also see from the tips we put out on our twitter).

Pro tip: get to know the best times of day for photography and schedule important photo taking moments around them. If you’re unsure, ask your photographer for help in the scheduling!

Typically, in a traditional Eritrean wedding, the wedding is separated into two ceremonial days – the first day filled with church and a reception and the second day a celebration of the traditional customs – melse. The day is filled with dancing, drinking and merriment all in celebration of the two families joining and the bride and groom starting their life together as man and wife.
Shooting Natneal and Snit, experiencing a different culture was a joy.
