The last 3 1/2 years have FLOWN by because of all you, our amazing customers and friends. There’s ZERO chance we would’ve made it this far without each and every one of you!!!

It’s our last night, you have just over 3 more hours for some two brews goodness ❤️ kitchen open until 8 pm. Matt is cooking up all the deliciousness tonight. Y’all come see us.

We’ve torn the truck down, added more EVERYTHING to it… more fryers, more refrigeration, freezer, capacity…. this should make your dining experience with us fresher and faster while allowing us to serve you amazing dishes for longer periods of time. As we get ready to close our beloved shop, we are now booking events, festivals, subdivision parties, employee appreciation days, you name it, let’s do it!
We built the truck as an homage to the foodie truck on sesame street (iykyk💪🏼) since then our menu has grown far beyond where we started, it’s soooo hard to put what we love to do in a box.
We do tacos but we’re not a taco truck, we make amazing sweets but we’re not a sweets truck, we smoke our own pulled pork, brisket and wings but we’re not a bbq truck…
We can cook ANYTHING that your event needs (that it doesn’t already have) one of the first trucks that we know of WITHOUT a concept, food for foodies.
You name it, we’ll cook it.

it’s always a great night when cousin Clay is in town!!! Huge shoutout to everyone that made it out tonight, showed some love! We appreciate yall more than you’ll ever know!
We’re closed the rest of the week to spend some much needed time with our Fams.
If you pre-ordered brisket, ham or prime rib, pickup is 12-2 tomorrow! If we don’t see you tomorrow, Merry Christmas!

In the last 9 days, tonight will mark the 11th Christmas party and 1 more to go for our youth at church tomorrow night… if you’ve tried to get a hold of us and we’ve missed you, I PROMISE we’ll get back to you when we come up for air!
As of now, the “Steak count” is over 230 for the holiday season. 🤯
To say we’ve been blessed is an understatement…

Yall showed up and showed out last night! We can’t thank everyone enough for coming out! We hoped y’all enjoyed a little something different, we’ll do it again soon! We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, our staff killed it and we couldn’t be prouder of them to handle last night like they did!
