Any and all requests for donations needs to be submitted in writing! We sympathize with a lot of situations, but we run a business! The IRS doesn’t accept, “Can you look out for my homie cs he going through a rough time!” WE CANT WRITE THAT OFF AT THE END OF THE YEAR! We just end up losing at both ends. Keep in mind that we are a small business, so we can’t donate to every cause. But we do enjoy giving back. Lastly, it’s a bit unorthodox to ask a business that you have never supported for a donation! Don’t Do That! -Management
