Nebula Company of Performing Arts

The Central Pennsylvania Nebula Company of Performing Arts is a non-profit performing company located within The School of Music and Dance.

The award-winning Nebula Performing Company is a performance troupe of The School of Music and Dance consisting of students between the ages of 3 to 19. Nebula provides advanced training opportunities for young performers to develop skills in the area of music and dance. Nebula members participate in a variety of performing arts classes including: ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, lyrical, modern and hip-hop.

Sending a HUGE congratulations to every single one of our Nebula dancers for a fabulous Nutcracker performance! From our newbies all the way up to our senior, we love seeing everyone work hard all season long and come together for such a special performance. Thank you to our amazing teachers for their patience, guidance, love, and choreography, and to everyone else who contributes to our production’s success. Sending some special love and gratitude to our artistic director Miss Lauren for her incredible leadership, and for providing our kids the space to blossom. We love our Nebula family and are so, so proud of our dancers 🩰

Madison has been dancing for 5 years, this is her debut year performing with Nebula! Her favorite style of dance is Lyrical, and she loves dance because she loves being on stage! Outside of the studio, Madison also participated in cheer.

Her favorite styles of dance are Jazz, Hip Hop, and Modern, and she loves dance because she loves being on stage, and “competitions with everyone are the best!” Outside of the studio, Karsyn loves to play volleyball and hang out with her friends.

Extending our Dancer Spotlight series by a few more days is 10 year old Khloe Jacobs! Khloe has been dancing for 3 years, and this is her debut year performing with Nebula! Her favorite style of dance is Lyrical, and she loves dance because “it’s really fun and I just love doing it with my friends!” Outside of the studio, Khloe loves writing stories and playing with her puppy! She also tried golf this year, and enjoyed doing that as well!
