🌸 Stock Flowers: A Fragrant Favorite! 🌸

🌱Last year, I trialed stock flowers for the first time, and they completely won me over! Their clove-like scent, ruffled petals, and sturdy stems made them a beautiful addition to my bouquets. This season, I’m going even bigger—experimenting with brighter colors and planting earlier in hopes of getting longer stems.

✨️Stock is a cool-weather flower, meaning it thrives in spring’s mild temperatures. If all goes well, these beauties will be part of my bouquets at the flower stand in May! ✨️

Ranunculus are some of the most beloved spring flowers, known for their **layers of delicate petals**.

**Fun Facts About Ranunculus:**
🌱 They grow from **corms** that look like tiny claws!
💧 With proper care, they can last **10+ days in a vase**—just refresh the water and keep them out of direct sunlight.
☀️ Ranunculus love cool weather and bloom best in early spring before the heat of summer sets in.

One of my favorite flowers to grow is the ever-cheerful zinnia! This year, I'm experimenting with some new varieties and also planting seeds I saved from last season—so I'm excited to see what surprises bloom.

I thought it would be fun to highlight some of the flowers I grow. Every year I am trialing new ones and omitting what didn't grow well. Last year I grew Asiatic Lilies for the first time and absolutely loved them! So, this year I've added Roselilies!
